Sedgefield Platbank Beach Groenvlei

Platbank or Groenvlei beach is a isolated but spectacular beach streach 14 km east and 12 km west.

A small car park is above the beach, thus hidden behind the dunes.

A short boardwalk onto the beach.

Offering  kilomerters of prestine beach, soft white sand and amazingly weathered sandstone cliffs and fynbos.
